The Order shall be deemed as accepted by Evangeline on your receipt of Acceptance E-mail or SMS and if failing which, the order will be cancelled.
The prices and delivery terms specified in the Website are of Evangeline warehouse, Tehran, Iran these include the cost of usual packing; and are exclusive of all taxes and duties. You shall be responsible for payment of all charges associated with the purchase of products from us and you shall agree to bear all applicable taxes/VAT and delivery amounts thereon. You shall have the option to make the payment either by direct transfer to our bank account or by online payment through the secured payment gateway facilities using your own debit cards.
The delivery of the products shall be made only on receipt of advance payment for the product(s) and shipment. The prices and specifications of all products listed on www.evangelinegroup.com are subject to change without prior notice owing to stock availability and promotional support from our workshop and other brands. Delivery of the products shall be made either directly By Evangeline or through third party courier/logistic services providers on all days except on Fridays and National holidays. For shipment charges, please refer our price list. Our liability for the product(s) sold stops and the risk passes on to you on delivery to you or to the third party courier/logistic services providers. Consequently any expense, damage or loss occurring during transportation shall be at our risk unless you Insure your products.

Delivery of the products might take 5 to 7 working days. Our delivery timings will be 9am to12pm & 7pm to 9pm on working days.For outside delivery locations the delivery time will be 7 to 10 working days.
4. Pre Orders:
1. All PreOrders are Fully Prepaid. (Debit / Credit cards Or PayPal)
2. Deliveries are subject to stock availability from the dates given.
3. All orders will be fulfilled as per priority of orders placed by the customers.
4. PreOrders can be cancelled but the payment would be only 50% of the amount taken.
5. Exchange & Return Policy
Exchange or Return is possible only within seven (7) days of purchase from date of delivery subject to the terms herein:
(a) In case if you wish to Exchange or Return the product(s), please contact us on the phone number given in Contact Details for approval and further actions.
(b) Exchange or Return shall be made provided the product (including the unit carton) is returned unused and unopened (original seal not broken) along with accessories & FOC (Free of Cost)
(c) In case the product is returned within 10 days from the date of purchase, in unpacked condition (with its original packing), and is unused, without any scratches, dents or damage then a re-stocking fee of 15% will be deducted while making exchange/refund to cover the costs that we incur in repackaging and restocking. The final decision to accept the open / unpacked products rests with Evangeline co.
(d) No Exchange or Return is allowed for the following product categories such as clothes and night wears unless there is a problem from our side.
(e) The refund for products Returned will only be in the form of Evangeline Credit Vouchers / Credit Memo, to be redeemed within a period of 6 months. No cash refund is possible.
(f) If a defect is discovered after opening/using the product, your product is covered under repair/replacement warranty of Evangeline co.
(g) Please note that, we give a lifelong guarantee on our wooden structures and Not the Fabrics.

14. COD (Cash on Delivery), CCOD (Credit Card on Delivery)
If you are not comfortable making an online payment on Evangeline, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) or Credit Card on Delivery (CCOD) payment method instead. With COD/CCOD you can pay in cash/credit card at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online. We only add 5% of the worth of your product in cash.
Card on Delivery is a Value Added Service Evangeline is extending to its customers with the support of machines provided by the bankers. Evangeline is not liable in case the these machines are down for any reasons. However in case the machines are not available or not working at the time of delivery, you may choose to pay by cash or request for a refund. Evangeline is sorry for any Inconvenience caused to the customer due to this, as these need resolution from the banks and are beyond Evangeline’s control.
Please note that you will need to sign for your order delivery and valid ID must be shown. The order will not be delivered if a valid ID is not shown at the time of delivery.

15. Bulk Order / Dealer Order Fulfilment is conditional Evangeline
retail focus to service the end consumers, and in such objectives, our priority is to fulfil orders of the end users. This means we may choose to delay any order placed in bulk by the dealer or release part orders as per our stock availability. Only if the bulk orders is prepaid. We are happy to service bulk
buyers as soon as possible.
